The Atlas ZEN has been designed to enable the testing of Zener and avalanche diodes, VDRs, TVSs, LED strings and more up to a voltage of 50V.

– Measures breakdown voltage with 20mV resolution
– Measures slope resistance up to 1k @15mA
– Test currents: 2mA, 5mA, 10mA or 15mA
– Duty cycle minimises heating of component
– Long battery life and regulated test conditions even with low battery voltage
– Test voltages are below those in the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC
– Continuous measurement (updated 3 times/sec)
– Measurement hold even on component removal
– Fitted with gold plated crocodile clips
– Requires 1x alkaline AAA battery (included)
