Its extra-large cooking surface is perfect for all types of grilling. It heats up quickly and has variable temperature control between 90 and 260°C, maintaining your chosen temperature for the best cooking results. The dual zone temperature controls mean each side of the plate can be heated to different temperatures, ideal if you want to gently grill vegetables on one side whilst searing steaks on the other. It’s also great for keeping cooked foods warm.

With a built-in drip tray and guard, you can allow excess oils to drain from the plate for healthier cooking without drips and spills. Or if you are cooking with marinades and sauces, the opening can be closed to maintain your flavours. The cooking plate is fully removable making it easy to store at home. The non-stick surface on the plate means that it is easy to wipe clean or can be put in the dishwasher to tackle tougher build-up of food.
