This large metal robot arm is controlled by a powerful ATMEGA64 micro-controller which can be programmed with Open Source Tools in C. Your own programmes can be loaded easily via the accompanying USB-interface and uploader software in the micro-controller. The inputs/ouputs and the flexible I2C bus system enable to extend the robot arm with extension modules so that it can react to its surroundings.
