With the rotating Pizza Stone, the Witt Etna Rotante removes the need to turn the pizza manually. As well as this, the Pizza Stone has a burner underneath to ensure a perfectly crispy base. As a result, it produces a perfectly even bake.

Aftercare

Wipe peels and pizza wheel clean after use with a damp cloth. Do not use dishwasher. Spot clean oven as needed with a dry paper towel. Do not wash the pizza stone with water, brush off any burnt food with a dry paper towel. Please refer to essentials manual included in the box.
